This is a global themed design that can be used for peace and multi-cultural pages.  Hand shakes, and hands grasping each other, always evokes the idea of friendship and agreement.  When the hands are crossing the borders of countries, as in this image, then a sense of many nations coming to agreement is portrayed.

I suggest using this medium purple colored text as shown.
